When old strategies stop working, it can feel disorienting and hard to know how to move forward.
I offer a compassionate, collaborative space where you can slow down and safely explore what’s been weighing on you. Together, we’ll look at the patterns of thinking, coping, and relating that once helped you succeed but may now be keeping you in cycles of stress, self-doubt, and emotional fatigue. Our work will focus on deepening self-understanding while gently building more supportive and sustainable ways of relating to yourself and others.
My approach integrates cognitive strategies with body-based practices, supporting both emotional insight and nervous system regulation. Grounded in self-compassion and acceptance, I help clients expand their capacity to tolerate uncomfortable internal experiences, fostering emotional growth and greater alignment between how life looks on the outside and how it feels on the inside.
Above all, I aim to create a space rooted in empathy, collaboration, and safety - a place where it feels okay to pause and reconnect with yourself. Life can feel overwhelming when stress, emotional weight, or past experiences begin to build up, leaving you feeling drained, stuck, or disconnected from yourself. You might notice this showing up as constant overthinking, difficulty managing emotions, feeling like you’re running on autopilot, or sensing that no matter how much you do, it’s hard to feel truly settled or at ease in your own life. Over time, these experiences can make it harder to feel grounded, present, or connected to what you need.
I support you in slowing things down and making sense of the emotions, experiences, and patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others. In our work together, we focus on building emotional awareness, strengthening coping strategies, and fostering a greater sense of safety within yourself and your relationships.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in empathy, with a genuine, human touch incorporating a bit of humour along the way. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable being fully yourself, where even the more vulnerable parts of your experience are met with care and understanding. Having my own lived experience with mental health challenges, I recognize how difficult it can be to reach out and trust someone with the parts of yourself that are usually kept hidden.
