Psychotherapy is a collaborative and transformative journey that unfolds within the sacred space of the therapeutic relationship. As a therapist, my role is to provide a safe and empathetic environment where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours without judgment.
Drawing from various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices, I work alongside individuals to help them gain insights into their challenges, develop coping skills, and foster positive changes in their lives. This process is deeply rooted in respect, cultural sensitivity, and the understanding that each person's experience is unique.
Through shared exploration, I aim to empower clients, offering support and guidance as they navigate their personal growth, overcome obstacles, and embark on a journey toward enhanced well-being and resilience.
*Sessions are all 50 minutes in length
Services with a Registered Psychotherapist may be covered by your extended health benefits plan. Please check your benefits in advance to ensure you have the appropriate coverage. An invoice for insurance will be provided by email upon payment.
